For an automated webinar funnel, also connect your webinar platform to the email tool and Apresly. This lets you send registration links and reminders before the webinar. A webinar platform is not required for other evergreen funnels.

  1. To add a timer in the body of an email, find “code” (1) in the sidebar on the left and drag the block to the appropriate place (2). Then click the code block and in the space on the right paste the HTML code from Apresly that you copied earlier (3). Click the “Ok” button and finish editing the email.

  1. Before adding more emails to the sequence, using the plus, click “Delay” (1) and set one day (2) if you want the next email to be delivered the next day without a specific time (the time of sending will depend on what time the lead joined the group).

Note: If you want to have control over the exact timing of the mailing, just setting a specific time may not be enough, since we don’t know what time the lead will join the list. This can result in a lead falling out of the email sequence queue. To make sure all scheduled messages reach him, for example, add a 9-hour delay (1, 2) and then set a send time - in this case, 9 a.m. (3, 4).
