Stripe payments in Apresly Checkout currently require an approved test checkout. For a paying customer, follow the live checkout guide.

Connect your Stripe test account

  1. Open Integrations in your seller workspace. Choose Stripe and Test.
  2. Enter your Stripe account identifier, test publishable key and restricted test API key. Save the integration. You can leave Webhook signing secret empty on this first save.
  3. Copy the Stripe webhook URL shown by Apresly. In the same Stripe test environment, add that URL as a webhook endpoint and copy its signing secret.
  4. Return to the integration’s Settings, enter the signing secret and choose Verify connection. Continue once Apresly shows the integration is ready.

Run a test payment

In the checkout draft, choose Test (TEST), select the verified Stripe test account and enable card payments. For a basic approved one-time test, use a gross PLN price of at least PLN 2. Leave add-ons, course access, invoicing and fulfillment webhooks off for this test.

Open the test checkout as a buyer and use a Stripe test payment method. Check the confirmation, then find the order in the seller workspace in test mode.

If Apresly says the checkout needs QA approval, contact Apresly support with the checkout ID. If verification fails, check that the account, keys and webhook signing secret all belong to the same Stripe test environment.
